What type of lockers does Your Locker offer?

Your Locker offers three sizes:
M: 40 cm/ 15.75 in (height) x 50 cm/ 19.68 in (width) x 60 cm/ 23.62 in (depth).
L: 50 cm/ 19.68 in (height) x 50 cm/ 19.68 in (width) x 60 cm (depth).
XL: 90 cm/ 35.43 in (height) x 50/ 19.68 in (width) x 60 cm/ 23.62 in (depth).

How long can I rent a locker for?

You can rent your locker in the following time slots:
24 hours
12 hours

What is the price?

Locker M: 24h: 6,90 € / 12h: 4,90 €
Locker L: 24h: 10,90 € / 12h: 7,90 €
Locker XL: 24h: 16,90 € / 12h: 10,90 €

How are the lockers used?

The lockers are fully automatic. Follow these steps:
1. Go to www.yourlocker.es or scan the QR on the door of the store.
2. Select the size of your locker.
3. Select the date and time slot you want to reserve.
4. Fill out the form with your information.
5. Make the payment for your locker.
6. You will receive an email with the access code to the locker.

You already have your locker reserved! Drop off your luggage and enjoy the city.
If you need to access your locker during your reservation, you can rescan the QR and access your locker. Then select the option to continue with your reservation.

To finalize your reservation:
1. Scan the QR
2. Pick up your luggage and don’t leave anything behind!
3. Don’t forget to close your locker when you leave.

What can I do if I have an incident with the use of the locker?

In case of breakdown, blockage or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, you have at your disposal the assistance service of Your Locker, which you can use by calling or writing a WhatsApp to +34 638 80 90 90 18 or by written communication to the following address info@yourlocker.com during our business hours, from 9:00 to 21:00, available on working days.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

To modify your reservation or cancel it, via WhatsApp at +34 6380 80 90 90 18 or write to info@yourlocker.es. You will receive a reply within the opening hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, working days.
The refund of the cancellation will be:
* 100% refund if the cancellation occurs up to 3 working days before the reservation date.
* 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 72-24h before the reservation date, 50% of the amount will be refunded, and
* 0% if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the day of your reservation, no refund will be made.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days from the time of cancellation.

What is forbidden to store inside the locker?

* All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.).
* Objects whose possession require a license, without such a license or authorization (such as, for example, weapons and/or ammunition).
* Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances).
* Animals of any kind or any other type of living being.
* No food may be put in our lockers.

Can someone else pick up my items deposited in the locker?

No, it is forbidden to deposit goods to be picked up by a third party.
Lockers cannot be used as a means of trafficking goods between parties. It is prohibited by Your Locker.

Can I stay inside the premises or take photos and videos?

Access to the premises is limited to the use of lockers for security, so it is not allowed to stay longer than strictly necessary in the establishment, neither to rest, sleep or surf the Internet.

It is forbidden to eat or drink inside the premises for hygienic reasons.
It is not allowed to make any kind of image capture for security and confidentiality reasons to the security mechanisms of the premises (video surveillance cameras, locking systems, store screens, etc.). In case of infringement of this rule for suspicious purposes, the police will be notified to safeguard the safety of all users.
